Refund policy

Thank you for choosing Haiti Coffee for your coffee and merchandise needs. We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. 

In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have outlined our return policy below:

1. Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Perishable items such as coffee beans cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt.

2. Time Frame:

You may return eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

3. How to Initiate a Return:

Please contact our customer service team at [haiticoffee@kaytita.org] to initiate the return process. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

4. Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective/damaged item. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

5. Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within [X] business days.

6. Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team. We will assist you in placing a new order for the desired item and guide you on returning the original item.

7. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at [haiticoffee@kaytita.org] immediately. We will replace the item or issue a refund, depending on your preference.

8. In-Store Returns:

If you made your purchase at one of our physical Konbit Cafe locations, you may also return items in-store with a valid proof of purchase.

9. Non-Returnable Items:

Gift cards and perishable items (unless damaged or defective) are non-returnable.
